The Times Union Center is an arena located in Albany, New York, with a maximum seating capacity of 15,500 for sporting events. Current tenants include the Albany River Rats of the American Hockey League. The arena also has 25 luxury suites, each having 16 seats, cable T.V., private bathroom, and private refrigerator, and are located at the top of the inner bowl. Suites are rented on a three-year lease basis (suites are currently sold out).

Parking facilities around Times Union Center The Center manages a parking garage attached to the west end of the building. Parking Rates are as follows: $135 monthly parking, $8 daily parking, (event rates vary). Hours of operation for daily parking: 7am-3pm Monday - Friday. Street parking is typically available on nights and weekends. The Times Union Center has no control over the prices charged on the street or at unaffiliated parking garages. Parking access for mobility impaired persons Handicap parking is available at surrounding parking garages. If walking is difficult, it is suggested that a mobility impaired patron be dropped off in front of Times Union Center.
