Event parking for the Sovereign Center and the Sovereign Performing Arts Center is located at all of the parking garages and lots owned and operated by the Reading Parking Authority. Parking for some events incorporates a graduated fee schedule…the closer the customer parks to the Sovereign Center, the more the parking fee.
